Returns

MuseoDeco.com is committed to high quality products and your satisfaction is very important to us!

The following return policy applies to all products except those stating their own return policy with the Specific Product Information in the FAQ&Help section of www.museodeco.com.

  • MuseoDeco offers a 25 days return policy from the shipping date (date at which the item is shipped to the buyer), on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.
  • If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure the damaged information is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for MuseoDeco to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify MuseoDeco immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify MuseoDeco of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
  • Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 25 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.
  • ALL RETURNS must be pre-authorized by MuseoDeco. Return instructions must be followed to take advantage of the return policy.
  • DEFECTIVE returns are to be reviewed by MuseoDeco for: refund, credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Original shipping charges are refunded on defective returns.
  • Credit and exchange on NON-DEFECTIVE returns is at MuseoDeco's discretion. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee, except for items that are not matching the original order.

MuseoDeco reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 25 days from the shipping date.

Prior to returning any item(s) to MuseoDeco.com, you must receive authorization from our Customer Service Department. To request authorization please contact us here with the following details:

  1. Email Subject: RETURN REQUEST
  2. Order #, First & Last Name
  3. Item #(s) you want to return
  4. Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, etc.
  5. Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.

Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of the action taken (credit, replacement, exchange, repair or refund). For refunds, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of a refund will be issued as a new gift certificate reflecting a new total so you may use that balance on a future purchase. Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

  • All products returned must: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • Unless MuseoDeco supplies a return call tag to return your item, MuseoDeco strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
